You know, it's not "foolish" to believe in Adam and Eve. Not trying to convince you or anything but if they were the first 2 humans, imagine the genetic variation they contained. The reason you really can't pull off incest today is because

1. Its disgusting in our culture
2. The variation of genes between brother and sister is too low

And you end up creating kids with serious health problems and whatnot.
