Smoking stems tastes like shit.

I, too, saved out my stems for awhile.. I ended up with what looked like 1/4 of weed in a baggie but it was all stems. I then took all the stems, ground them up with a mortar and pestle, put the ground up shit through a strainer to filter out any large bits, then reground up the fine stuff. What I ended up with was something like relatively impure kief. I smoked bowls of that shit out of my homemade bong and it got me blazed like hell. Taste was poor, high was strong but short-lasting. Definitely worth it... I mean what else are you going to do with the stems? Cooking with them might not be worth the effort.

Bottom line, if you don't already save your stems... save them!!
