i wish there was a poll that could show exactly how many people smoke pot in our country....and then get them all to sign a petition or something. cause i drank 7 beers the other night and i was fucked up......i could smoke 7 joints in a couple hours and be good to do anything
hammertime Reviewed by hammertime on . Everybody Weigh In How long will it take for pot to be legalized in the US? I hope some day I can smoke a joint with my son and say, "You know, when I was your age...I had to hide this." Rating: 5

You can fly to the dam from here for a long weekend, and smoke the weed for as long as you can hold out. Come home to scotland & fail a drugs test at work the next day. But there is feck all they can do to me, as one has broken no laws. You have done nothing illegal in this country or abroad.
Yes I hope that laws are changed soon, Its a victimless crime. Who do you harm by smoking a pipe or J? as long as your not blowing the smoke in a persons face, your harming no one. I cant live within the bounderies of the countries laws as I wasn't consulted when they were being made. As long as I harm no one, I'll feel no guilt.

ya it blows my mind that people sit in prison cause of marijuana. i dont understand why shit hasnt changed. i really think people buy into the propaganda that the govt puts out on television. its always anti pot and i think pot is the least of our worries. Violent crimes that are commited for drugs is usually coke, meth, xtc, or herion. you just gotta remember that budwiser and jack daniels dont want competition and neither does the paper companys who own the trees. They want no pot in order to keep people drinkin their beer and they dont want anyone using paper that doesnt come from their tree's........it all comes down to money.........and there are enough people elected with campaign money who support the alcohol and timber industries

It is illegal because not enough people have come forward and demanded otherwise.
"83 million Americans admit to having tried it (Cannabis)"*
Do the math and out of a total population of 299,814,291 thats over 27.6% of us.
The problem is that too many of that 83 million remain silent, they may not be current pot smokers but it is up to those of us that are to make it an issue and for them to stand behind us.

Also, I have a feeling that that 83 million number is a bit low.
The key word is admit.
