I can't imagine SWALLONG SMOKE to be anything but detrimental to your health. There is no benefit of doing it. The best thing you can do is just inhale as deep as you can, and most people don't even do that.

A lot of people don't know the difference between inhaling and just holding the smoke in their mouth. Hence the people who try it once and say they didn't like it or it didn't do anything, and many who have never actually experienced what it is to get truly "high", smoking dank bud out of a piece.
