    I'm not seeing any signs of sex, be sure your plant is getting complete darkness for at least 12 hours.

    you cant see any signs at all?and is that tend to be good or bad?

    Well it's probably good because females tend to take longer to show sex. When the calyxes and pistils do start showing, then a bunch will pop up relatively quickly.

    There are a few things that should help to induce flowering, such as redder lights and high phosphate fertilizer. Higher temps, like 85F, should also help to induce female flowering.

    Oh, and my plant is looking a lot like yours at a little over a month old, and maybe two weeks of flower, but mine showed calyxes at a little over a week of 12/12.
