No, you cannot water with pineapple juice to get pineapple buds.

The plant is going to make the same mix of volatile organic compounds no matter what you feed it, you can just affect how MUCH of those it makes by giving it sugar and acarb-synthesis supplement.

The roots can't take in those complex carbon compounds responsible for flavor. They can just absorb SIMPLE SUGARS ( you can feed molasses, cane juice, etc.) and synthesize other coumpounds from them.
