winter grow
I live in Texas (south) and I'd like to know how useless it would be to try and grow a small crop throughout the winter. At my house last year temps never got below freezing, and mostly were in the 60-70's once we got into the full swing of winter. I will be growing outdoor starting in peat pots, then gallon size, then the ground. What are my chances of getting a crop in the spring? Any or all opinions are appreciated.
BTW - it's just some weak dirty schwag seeds, but it's better than nothing.noobgrowplan Reviewed by noobgrowplan on . winter grow I live in Texas (south) and I'd like to know how useless it would be to try and grow a small crop throughout the winter. plant em...you won't get much because as soon as they break surface they'll begin to flower due to length of daylight at this time of year but it'll be better than watching them mush up in the baggie. plus it'll be good experience learning the plant so you'll be ready for the real grow next spring.

no way will you get an ounce per plant if you could keep them in under 18 hour light im not sure if ordinary light bulbs will work but give it a go keep it 18 hours light 6 darkness and after 2 weeks keep them outside and try to bring them in of an evening or put them under a sheet of glass to give them as much warmth as possible

winter grow
dont put it under glass cause the glass will act as a magnifying glass and can kill your plant
