i have recently completed my setup and am fishing for some answers to pretty basic questions.

    My setup consists of
    a) 8x3x8 vegitative room running a 400 watt MH
    b) 5x5x8 flowering room running a 1000 watt HPS

I will be using advanced nutrients micro/bloom/grow and growth excell. i plan on using the excell nightly and feeding three times a week. I've heard a lot of different light times and am wondering what the best would be. I plan on using the veg room for mothers, however, intend to root clones in there as well.

What would be the preferred time for vegitation/should i veg clones or flower immidietly? also, would it make more sense to spend more time growing larger plants, or smaller more frequent harvests?

thanks to any answers, they are greatly appreciated.
