I'm not a Catholic, or any religious apologist, but the Pope/Dude wasn't stating a personal view on Muslim beliefs. But he did wimp out. He should've challenged Muslim extremists on their inability to lighten up.

What the Muslim world needs is a "Life of Brian" sort of film about Muhammad. After all, the cartoons didn't work....

I guess it depends on where you're standing when the shell hits. Unpredictable, in other words. You may ask; "Why here, why now?" I can only say, "Why not?"
