First time Grow room White Widow

    Hello All
First Let me say that this Forum has been the most helpful tool Ive ever come across in the year or so Ive been reading up on growing. I happened to come in to five White Widow clones and had no where to put them so they stayed outside for about four weeks with no nutes just in big pots. Built the room and checked for bugs and all was good, so I brought the plants in and they seem to be doing really good for the rough childhood they had. Problem is I think I overfed them too soon after bringing them inside. I am posting pics of what I am seeing hoping that someone will be able to verify if this is the problem and any possible solutions. Thanks for any help its really appreciated!!!!

Yeah dude most definately nute burn there. You'll want to flush it with just water for a couple of days then cut whatever nutes you were putting in there by 50% and see how they like that.

    G'luck.

Thanks a lot for the reply You did just what I needed and verified the problem. I have been flushing for water for about a week and a half and it stopped the problem but I dont think those leaves are going to come back. How did you think my plants are looking? I know the pics arent the greatest they were on my phone, but I am just worried that Im not doin something right. Oh by the way that was a Kick ass thread you had gion there for your first NFT system man I read that thing in about 20minutes and then read it again NICE GROW man!! I learned a lot from your thread and after seeing your progress and looking at my plants I think they should be bigger. Any help would be appreciated greatly from Anyone willing to post!!!

With all the hype about all the fertilizers it's very easy to over feed them. The truth is that they are fed very little. A couple of weeks of non feeding and then a couple of weeks and your into flowering. It's knowing what and when to feed them. I started flowering my White Widows 2 days ago and you can follow my thread "White Widow Pic" as I grow along. You can tell that you over fed them cause even your smallest leaves show signs of it. Happy Toking

Does anyone have any idea why the smaller plant seems so tiny? unfortunately that is the plant that seems to have the best looking fattest buds on it so far. Any help or suggestions for my grow would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!!

how are you mixing those nutes and do you PH test your water adding nutes throws the PH down and depending how much nutes can drop it a point on the chart.

even the most simple tab ph tester works its really a must i didnt see you saying you had one, also what lights are you flowing under?

what i would do is stop trying to flush her overwatering is very hard to come back from so let her dry out even a little leaf droop is ok and add 1/4 of whatever nutes your using and shake it up real good and let it sit for 10min and use give her a real good soaking and watch what she does

I am growing in a 4.5ftx3.5ft closet with a 9ft ceiling. I got an idea from another post so my room has a shelf going across the back of it with five short clones about 7-10 inches when i put them in the flower room just to grow a few nice fat colas. I have the walls lined with foylon which is supposed to be better than mylar (def. more pricey lol) and I have a 1000cfm exhaust fan keeping my room around 80 during light cycle and 70 or so during the night on 12/12. I am running a 1000w HPS with the ballast outside the room and an ocilating fan blowing towards the light. I bought a lil starter kit from BC Grow that has boost, grow, and bloom nutes and a couple other supplements. I also have a question about feeding. It seems dumb but should I be checking the PH of my feeding solution? I burned my plants by overfeeding right off the bat but they seem to be doing much better now I have cut back to about 1/8 of the strength of nutes after using just ph'd water for about two weeks. Thanks for the help and hopefully someday Ill be able to help you out with a question/problem lol.

Very nice so far. You will get those pesky nute problems under control. Please get a new digital camera so we can see your girls in their full glory. Thank you.

haha yeah I know, funds are kinda tight my girl took off about a month ago and left me with a house and two dogs to care for so I decided to grow to fill my time with. Im gonna borrow my buddys digital cam for the time being and as soon as I havem Ill get some decent pics up. The plants seemed to have hit a growth spurt over the past two days, lots of new bud growth and theyre swelling and stinking more every day. Thanks for the reply ill keep putting up pics.
