This has been spinnin me out aaaaaaall day, and ive got to the point where i cant take it anymore, i read this brain teaser thing on the back of a matchbox and i cant work it out for the life of me, so here it is, post your answer, if you get one...... ...if not, post and tell me how much it irritates you lol....

bill and tom were eating their way through their christmas sweets, bill complained that tom had more than him, but bill replied, 'its all relative, if you gave me one sweet id have twice as many as you, but if i gave you one sweet, then we'd be equal.' HOW MANY SWEETS DID EACH HAVE???

Bill=1, tom=2
If tom gives bill 1 sweet, bill has twice as many. If bill gives tom another sweet, then both would have 2. They never said that the sweets had to come from their respective stashes, just any sweet in general.
