I'm not going to say driving while high is not wreckless, but id say driving while high is a lot less wreckless then eating a cheeseburger or talking on the phone while driving.

Plus I live in Vermont so there aren't many intersections and annoying things of that nature. You guys like driving stoned? p.s.
