I've only had one friend go after an ex of mine. Me and him had been friends since 4th grade, and this was just last year during my senior year. Actually, now that I think about it, it went deeper than that. But, it was my fault, really. I told him I didn't mind if he went for her, but I did.

Anyway, me and her started talking again, and I found out he had been talking to her too. This girl was just a bitch, though. Come to find out she was just working both of us against each other, and that she had someone ELSE on the side.

Me and him are completely cool now, though. We both realized how completely fucking stupid it was of us to do that. In the end, as they say, we're better for it, though.

I met her again on Saturday when I had a gathering round here, and shes moving away in a few weeks so we decided to talk. Turns out I still have feelings for her, which are pretty strong but not at the love stage again yet. We kissed a few times on Saturday, then met up on Tuesday night 'for a drink'. Aye, I had a similar situation but I was older...only by about 4 years, but trust me that makes a big difference. Best thing you can do is try to put her out of memory, and if your friend Ben did kinda screw with her behind your back...well he wasn't really in the wrong but it still is a shitty thing to do to a friend. Even if she's an ex, your friends should not be the ones to rebound on your ex...

Life will go on, and I think I read you are planning on starting college soon. Your life will change in ways you cannot even comprehend yet if you plan on going, chances are you will look back on your life at your senior year of college (when that day arrives) and marvel at what happened, it'll be all good.
