Well, some of you may know that I broke up with my girl a few months ago. I met her again on Saturday when I had a gathering round here, and shes moving away in a few weeks so we decided to talk. Turns out I still have feelings for her, which are pretty strong but not at the love stage again yet. We kissed a few times on Saturday, then met up on Tuesday night 'for a drink'. We ended up getting pissed down the park instead, and NOTHING HAPPENED BETWEEN US apart from a few really, really passionate kisses.
Wednesday (yesterday) we meet again round my place, go up to my room and start cuddling etc. Soon after my mate Ben comes round (to put a profile up on a site) gets pissed and wont leave us alone. I got really pissed off with that, seeing as he didnt even arrange to come round via me - twas my sister.
Today, I meet Emily after college at the shop she works in, and as she comes out and we get ready to leave (my gran was there working and I had a chat with her), guess who turns up? Thats right. That was at 2pm, its now 3.25pm and Ive had enough. All I want to do is spend some fucking time alone with her. Before someone says it, I AM NOT USING HER JUST FOR SEX. I honestly do really, really like her, and I know that it could become love easily. We were looking in thrift stores, and I just got so pissed off that Ive just walked off.
I cant spend any time alone with her until monday (shes going away for the weekend) and its really killing me. Im just so fucking fed up, Ben knows that me and Emily still like eachother and havent seen eachother for 3 months, and to me it seems really selfish. He has other friends, why cant he leave us the fuck alone for a while?



So pissed off right now.

Maybe he's trying to make you see the light? you say this is your old girlfriend.. and that she is even moving away soon.. So why are you resurfacing old, painful feelings? Only to hurt yourself AGAIN over this girl... You say you're not using for sex.. and that's good.. but have you stopped to think that maybe it's the other way around and that she is simply getting her fill before she moves away.

Sound to me like this guy sees more of the light than you do..

but if you dont agree with him, then i suggest that you just take this Ben guy aside and say to him exactly what you said to us, that youd really appreciate it if he would back off a bit and let you two get some time alone. my money's on he caught her with ben.... either just hanging out, or intimately... not trying to stir up feelings or nothing, just as i read your post i couldn't help but wonder if he was inbetween you guys because they have feelings for each other, or he just has feelings for her...

i'm not gonna lie to you, the pain won't go away forever, there'll always be those memories and the times when you just can't help but think to yourself all your what ifs and i wishes.... but that's still no reason to torture yourself wtih something that will never be.

hmm...that kind of happened to me before... Ive just got out of a 1 year relationship and this kid we'll call F was friends with my g/f b4 i went out with her. so when we started going out he'd always be around, ive always knew he liked her.. Well now that we broke up.. he and her are going out.. Some friend right?

edit: i also found pics of her on his phone before of her sleeping.. when confronted he claims her cousin took the pictures with his phone.. Kid's a creep and has always been obsessed with her
