First grow in a while 1 white widow, 1 unknown bagseed
Hey cheers kknight, i bought a regular grow tent from B&Q, it came with a clear cover but i figured i could use the metal frame and replace the clear cover with some blackout sheeting, I built the frame, put it on the sheeting, drew around it, cut and stuck it to the frame with electrical tape, cut a hole at the top for the exhaust and that was basically it! Could do with a couple of improvements, like the door opening isn't great, i just cut it so it would overlap a little and i tape down the corners but a little light does escape, i'm gonna sort that with either a couple of zips or some velcro. But it works fine for now and only cost around £25, much cheaper than proper grow tents i've seen. The height in my loft isn't great either, and most grow tents wouldn't fit in it but the one i got from b&q came in 4x1ft sections high, so i could just leave out a section and make it shorter. Hope this helps. If you still need pics let me know if there's anything in particular you wanna see and i'll take the pics next time i'm checking them.

First grow in a while 1 white widow, 1 unknown bagseed Hey guys, started a couple of plants about 2 weeks ago, just thought i'd show a pic of one of them, the others doing ok but growing a little slower. I've got them in a corner of a room with some black out sheeting over them but plan on making some sort of cab for them soon and moving them into the loft/attic. What do you guys think so far? Sorry bout the shit pic i took it with a camera phone Rating: 5[SIZE=\"1\"]My 250w White Widow Grow

First grow in a while 1 white widow, 1 unknown bagseed
Hey guys first update in a while, both plants are at nearly 7 weeks flowering, the white widow is looking and smelling great, a few of the hairs are brown, i'd say it's only got another week or two left, thinking of taking a sample this weekend?
The other unknown bagseed is flowering really slow, it only looks like it's been flowering for maybe 4 weeks not 7! Maybe i'm just being impatient but after 7 weeks i was expecting some solid looking buds! The skunk i got it from pretty poor but i wanted to grow it just to see if i could grow some decent shit from it. What do you guys think? Am i being impatient or won't it bud properly because the bud it came from was crap in the first place?
Peace :rasta:
PS i'll post some updated pics later[SIZE=\"1\"]My 250w White Widow Grow

hey man, nice grow, you say the bagseed looks like its less developed, are you sure there isnt a crack that light can enter at night? that may be it, unless you move them around or know its sealed...

I'm into week nine of flowering, and considering i'm still pretty new to this and i've been using cfls for the first time i'm pretty pleased with what i'm gonna get. I've taken a couple of small samples from the bottom branches and it's a real nice smoke, a lot better than what i've been able to get lately. The buds arn't as big as i'd hoped but i've got ideas why that is, so next time that should improve. I had a problem with low temps, especially in the lights off period, so i've got the temps up with a small electric fan heater. Also i'm gonna upgrade my lighting, i was working off 50 watt per sq ft but as i'm using cfls i think that should be closer to 80. Maybe i should upgrade to a hps but for now i think i'll just get 200watt enviro to add to the mix and see how that goes, i really don't want the expense of cooling that goes with hps for now.
The bagseed is still a long way from harvest, i'd say at least 3 or 4 weeks, but i'm being patient for now, it's unlikely i'll grow it again, but from the looks of it it's gonna be a big harvest, there's hairs everywhere now. Think it just takes a long time to flower and i've probably slowed it a bit too with the temp issue. Anyway untill i decide to start my next grow, i'll keep looking after it.
Hey weedos, just check the basics are right man, enough light? fresh air? right temps?
kemical your plants looks pretty good considering the accident, be careful not to overfeed too, i feed bout once every 7 days tops and minimum of once every 14 when the plants young.[SIZE=\"1\"]My 250w White Widow Grow
