    Question about growing.

    i only have limited space to do thisin, can i grow in a closet if i have the reflective paper, lights and all that and it will be fine in a medium pot?



    what light for something like this?

    Question about growing.

    i use 4 48'' GE daylight bulbs.(3150lumens ea, 40w ea, 6500k. these bulbs kick ass! i got 2 inches of growth yestrday, 3/4 inch last night.

    read some of my threads and check out my setup. It morks miracles for me.

    day16 of veg, 10-15 inches tall, 5-8 nodes.

    use 3gal pots. on a low budget? printer paper works great(flat white reflects up to 99 percent of light. make sure you have good circulation(fresh in stale out) i use passive intake/outtake

    Yeah flouro's are the way to go with a closet grow, you could make a hps work in the closet, but you'll need better ventilation to cope with the higher temps hps's give out and more space (you can't put them as close to your plants because of the heat) either get about 4 x 40 watters like brook uses, or you can get compact flouro's (cfl's, the energy saver type of bulb) or if you can get hold of them where you are you cold get just one 200 watt envirolite.

    As for pot size, that really depends how big your gonna grow them. I'll assume that you want them to finish at around 2-2 1/2 feet, then a 2 gallon pot is the minimun you should use. Good luck!
