Backmasking in music...
For those of you interested in playing music backwards to check for hidden messages, check out the following. I realize these may not be intentional, but regardless I found these interesting.
Led Zepplin - Stariway to Heaven
FORWARDS: If there's a bustle in your hedgerow, don't be alarmed now. It's just a spring clean for the May Queen. Yes there are two paths you can go by, but in the long run there's still time to change the road you are on.
BACKWARDS: Oh here's to my sweet Satan. The one whose little path would make me sad, whose power is Satan. He'll give you, give you 666, there was a little toolshed where he made us suffer, sad Satan.
Britney Spears - Baby One More Time
FORWARDS: When I'm not with you I lose my mind, give me a sign.
BACKWARDS: Sleep with me, I'm not too young.
Queen - Another One Bites The Dust(This one's my absolute fav :stoned
FORWARDS: Another one bites the dust.
BACKWARDS: It's fun to smoke marijuana.
If any of you know of other interesting backmasks (whether intentional or unintentional) feel free to share them.Lethal G Reviewed by Lethal G on . Backmasking in music... They had to have wrote the forward lyrics with the backwards in mind, since they make no sense. Its like braindead Bob Dylan

Backmasking began with The Beatles. John Lennon, while under the influence of cannabis, played the tapes for "Tomorrow Never Knows", a song from Revolver, in reverse. Lennon enjoyed the sound of the song being played backwards, and shared the results with the other Beatles the following day.[2] He then wrote "Rain", intending the song to be recorded entirely backwards; but George Martin (who claims he discovered the backwards effect) rejected this, and only the final verse was played backwards.

This is such a stretch, I've heard it many times, but you can't hear all of it in any of them, parts of it kind of sounds like the words, but its pretty much impossible to make out everything they say

I know Pink Floyd backmask's in Empty Spaces. About half-way through it, the message is, "...congratulations. You've just discovered the secret message. Please send your answer to Old Pink, care of the funny farm, Chalfont."
