They can keep about a week from picking in the fridge, but put them in a paper bag, not sealed plastic.

If you want to keep them longer, then dry them. Air dry using a fan for a day or 2, then you can store them sealed in the fridge or freezer with a moisture absorbtion dealy or uncooked rice. Never use heat to dry them.

But 10g wet is really just 1 small dose and will dry to about 1g.
