The next thing you could do to know when to harvest is to judge the color of the hairs. When about 80% of the hairs have turned red, harvest time is nearing. It is not the most accurate way, but it gives you a good idea.

That can sometimes be tricky though. Another thing to do is to look at the main cola bud. The bud will swell up big time and white hairs will become less present, and swollen leaf matter will be showing more. This swelling happens during the last 2-3 weeks of life, and this is when the plant packs on most of her yeild as well.

Judging by that picture, if you haven't started flushing yet, start right now and cut in a week or 10 days. If you have been flushing, cut it down in a few days. It looks ready to me and the lower budsites have become swollen.
