I'm not sure if the legal age where you are is 18 or 21, so either or.

I know here you have to be 18 to purchase anything, and in a few shops, you have to be over 18 just to enter the store.

It all depends on how old you look I guess. If you look young, good chance you will get ID'ed, but if you're like me, and could grow a decent beard when I was 17, you can get away with being 21. So it all depends on how old you look.

I'd just keep trying though. The worst they can do is say no, so who cares, or try to get a friend who is old enough to buy it for you. If you can enter the store without hassle, bring a friend who is of legal age. Pick your piece out, and get them to buy it, like it's their own purchase.

The headshop by me, never cards me I've been going there since i was 15 and haven't gotten carded once. I dont look old so I dono jus depends where you live/whos working stuff like that. Always worth a try though, who cares if you get kicked out?

not many stores in toronto card, some do half the time, and another i used to get carded at all the time, but then one time i went to buy a nice bong, and knew my shit really well(what to ask about etc, what the parts were called) and they didnt care. Eventually the peoepl there knew me really well, and whenever one of the "new guys" workin there carded me, the other guys would cover for me and tell em im cool . i heard from another store that the onyl reason they really card isnt so much a legality issue, as a parental issue. If youre 18 you can do wtf you want, if youre 16, and your parents find that new bong, and they get pissed at the store that sold it to you...

i live in rochester ny and i noticed i ahvent been gettin carded at my shop anymore.. i dont know if they know me by face or if i just look noticeably older than 18 now (cause i still think im on the edge of looking recently 18)... but yeah i havent been carded in like 10 visits

look into cinimatic make-up techniques like creating realistic facial hair, wrinkles, and prostetic features. I bet if you could do a good old person you could even buy beer, paired with world war two stories and knowledge you could buy beer for sure!!

The age would obviously be the same for tobacco, as marijuana is not legal. All products are intended for tobacco use only, cant you see the signs in there?

But most places will ID you.. also not ever a good idea to bring weed to these places, if I was a cop I would just go to a headshop and pick kids off one by one.

In my city there are three places. One always asks me if I'm 19, I lie and they believe me. Another supposedly don't care at all, and the third supposedly ID you.
