This is what happened..... So today at lunch (I'm a senior, last year wooo!) me and 2 others went out to have a smoke like usual (I'm glad I'm out of weed this week, or they would have called the cops for sure if we were toking). We walked about 2 blocks away from the school, and sat down on a ledge. After we light a few, guess who turns the corner into that alley? not one, Rating: 5

The stupid school where my son goes to has this rule where they bust you if they think you "smell" like pot.

My son comes home and says he's suspended for 10 days because he smells like pot. Trust me I can tell when my son is stoned and he was not.

I go back to the school with my son and chastize the principle and the lady that said he smelled like it.

They have no right to judge my son like that. I told them I will have a team of lawyers down here in a heartbeat if they continue with this suspension. He was not high at all. They apologized and reinstated my son.

It was at this time that I learned of this new rule. Unbelievable!!

that is absolutely ridiculous. Just hearing about that makes me pissed off. What the fuck happened to guilty until proven innocence. How can they even consider suspending your son purely on the fact that he smelt like pot? And even if he stunk of weed then they couldnt prove he had smoked it on school grounds, or even that he had been the one smoking it.

yea, i know what you mean but ive never been caught at school, other people do and ill be near them and see whats happening, whenever someone gets caught ill figure out that i only finished about 5 minutes before they did, so its kinda luck or timing i guess, if i stayed at the spot 5 minutes later i could have been caught too

wow Damon32, that really sucks! Schools are worse off with their rules than even cops... i am just FUCKING lucky i am dry this week (till tomorrow , cant wait) and was not smoking pot or that would have meant:

-taken in to office
-phone call home
-suspension
-me getting kicked out of my home because my parents are very strict

we all learn from our mistakes, next time i am going to hide behind a dumpster or something, and check my back if i've been followed :smokin: :stoned:

i'm sorry to hear that dude, i'm a cig man myself and the fact that they would waste their time doing that is fucking gay, because if you do go to a downtown school there's probably kids getting in fights they should be worried about instead

anyways, the principals did not see me inside the school yet. as soon as the bell goes i get out and walk fast for 15 mins till i get to a dark back alley with lots of dumpsters. i do all my smoking there .
