I'm no doctor, but I played 4 years of H.S. soccer and now into my 2nd year at the college level and have been smoking ever since, and have never felt like weed was bringing down my performance.

Naturally, I wouldn't recommend getting high before you have to play because it's basically a waste as any physical activity kills your high. But sometimes you might want to "bond" with your teammates. I know I did back in H.S.

I think that if you at least wait to smoke until all of your practices are over, you'll be completely fine. So at the end of the day, after a hard practice, get high. It feels amazing. ~
