Prior, my best rolling "machine" was one of those cheap plastic ones with the movable roller and plastic belt. I don't remember what it cost, but it was really simply made and inexpensive.

I personally cant roll for shit, when im smoking on my own I even stoop as low as using a rolling machine, such is the completely unsmokable quality of my joints.
