Help a brother out
Hey guys I got a question about growth speed and the look of my plants.. As you can see from the pictures (kinda, sorry they aren't good, I can't get them to stop being so blurry.) Both plants have been going at Veg for about a month or more, but for some damn reason they just won't grow. I found out I was feeding them nutes too soon so I stopped that, and I only water when I have about 2 inches of dry soil. I've done a few things that I know slowed it down, but for the most part it still seems like it's just not growing fast enough... I'm too broke to get a good HID light ATM so my baby's are just under 2 florus, 2 cool white bulbs, and 2 agrosun fluros.. Not much, I know, but all I can do in my space with the amount of money I have... Well okay look at the plants, give me some ideas. And if you know why I'm getting shitty pictures, give me a tip for that too. LOL..
Thanks alot, Cloud.
The soil I'm using is some indoor mix, but it doesn't have some fert in it... I can't find any other soil around here so I just used the best and lowest fert soil I could find... I even tried to clean out some of the capsules but yeah.. not much help lol. so what can I do guys?
First 2 pics is the smaller plant, last 3 are the larger one. The smaller plant has 2 yellowing leaves, whereas the bigger plant has what looks like nutrient burn... I'm not 100% sure this is my first grow, but from everything I've read it points to that.Darkcloud Reviewed by Darkcloud on . Okay I mean't to say my soil DOES have some fert. Not doesn't... Can't edit the post again because I already edited it adding the pictures.

you have nute lockout, the pics are poor so I cant tell if its from the nutes in the soil or overwatering
either way the plants are too young for nutes, and the soil will always be a problem, soil is also lacking in perilite
Id transplant asap

alright, how would be the best route of transplanting. Everytime I've seen it done the grower is using very small containers and just moving the whole thing in 1 go, how would you recommend me doing it in this case, since their already in large pots.

you need to look at this as if you have nothing to loose OK
dig the plants out ...Id even flush the roots under water to remove all the old soil.
move to the new pots and spread the roots out and top with more soil. give them a light watering and leave them for a week or more

Okay man, thanks butt loads, I'll be transplanting later tonight when the light cycle turns back on.
1 last question, I have some rooting stimulator stuff. Just wondering if adding very little to the water would help them to stop/lighten the shock of transplanting.

no
after transplanting just let them rest and get over all this
do more reading in the Plant Problems area, good way to learn what not to do

That looks like stunting from low pH.
Your soil is crap, no offense to you, just to your DIRT.
Next time test your soil first to check for pH 6.8.
Those plants are always going to be sickly because of the bad start, even if they survive.
