    My towns turning ridiculous...

It is now my mission to find a mountain and call it home. Where there is only 2 choices in life: To really live or to die. That IS life, being self-sufficiant, instead of living in a mass produced country and to live by the government, who just takes away 20% of our hard earned wages and blow it on bullshit.
Who wants to find a mountain with me? Come on!

I've been contemplating how to do this for a LONG LONG time, and it's plausable and would be easier than 200 years ago but it would still be a TON of work, think about how you're going to get potable water, sustainable food sources etc.

I would bring a chainsaw, a truck, a large water tank to get started, water filters, distilation system, seeds of every kind and greenhouse materials, a weapon probably projectile maybe a shotgun and a rifle and a pistol, blankets and sleeping bags, eating utensils, cooking utensils, about a 6 month supply of canned food and non perishable food, gas and propane stoves, a shovel, spade, pickaxe, wheelbarrow, rake and more that i haven't thought of yet.

You can make money by cutting wood and selling it to buy more supplies, animal furs can be made into blankets and carpeting.

I would start by building a large baracade about 30' or more in diameter and about 7' tall in the form of a circle, make a gate for an entrance, then build a large 2 room log cabin with inside pluming (who wants to take a shit outside when its -10 degrees out) just a large pipe that is angled into an outhouse style pit about 15 feet from the house.

Maybe bring a woodstove so that you dont have to make a campfire every day and leave a hole in your ceiling.

Small chicken coop for eggs, a small greenhouse for obvious reasons (tomatos, potatos, corn, squash, weed, and other foods)

Then I could spend my days in harmony with nature, the only problem is lonelyness, so id have to find a girlfriend who could handle it or bring a truckload of porno's.

Stop all this prohibition... It gets on my nerves sometimes because of some of the shit that the government does.
