Looks like a pretty standard ballast kit. You'll need a 3-pronged power lead, some heavy wire to hook up the socket, a bulb and a reflector to make the most out of it. The only problem I have seen with these type of ballasts is the noise level (hum), as they are generally made for outdoor/security light situations where a little noise wont matter. Should work fine though
