I've been going to this guy for years now and it's not been until recently that anything under 14g's, was always .5 of a gram off. His 1/8's and 1/4's that I got for some people were weighed right on, but whenever I bought a half or a full, it has always been .5 off for some reason. Not a huge deal at the time but who knows how long he's been jipping me. I've just started weighing my bags too now that I have a decent scale. He also uses a small pen scale to weigh his shit up , so it makes it hard for me to see exactly what he's doing.

That's fine though. I'm just going to stick with buddy who got his head straight and stop buying from my original source. I know in a month he'll phone me up and wonder where I've been. Silence can kill a person. Muhahahaha!
