I wouldnt get bubble bags unless I was growin a shitload of plants ,well at least 10 or 12 so you'l get a decent bit of shake an small bud to experiment with the bags.It is a tricky thing to get right I'd say even if they say its the easiest way to make your own hash.Thats just my personal anyway,everyones diff of corse.

Like you say urself keep the heads down..
The only thing i can think off is that they must be doing some major spying
on people. If the busts are down they must not be sure off the faces that are moving stuff so that would lead you too think that they must be up too something as you said urself the feckers havnt gone away.
