It's poppin up in places that i never taut i'd see owt other

than the usual dose of crappy soap that's the norm. . . .

But what i find to be even more strange is the fact that since soap has

made it's ungracious return to the streets,, the ol-bill haven't seized owt!!

Now don't get the wrong impression,, they have got enough of the stuff

over the last while,, but it just smacks of summat veRRy weird that after

finding some every other week over the last few months,, not a single

ounce has been found lately. . . .

Maybe the powers that be are planing somethin else???

Maybe the boyo's are been even more careful with there crap??

Maybe i'm just been paranoid??
