A friend has just recommended AVAST, any feed back? Anyone use this?

Don't wanna mash my comp up. I use Bitcomet for films and albums, but there's a few tracks I wanna d/l using Limewire. Is this gonna cause any probs for me and my comp?? Cheers for any input!
