I'm sure I could go on for awhile about different types of rushes I have had, but the best for me are when I net some sick goal playing football/soccer.

I had one last year that still gives me goosebumps. I was about 25 yards out, hit it off a bounce, and somehow it curved one way, then dipped the other past 5 heads and the goalie's outstretched hands into the upper corner. It's great to see people's reactions to scoring, too. Most of the time it's shock and pure joy. I think I ran around and did me a little airplane, Henry-style, as I got congratulated by my teammates.

The adrenaline alone makes playing any sport worth it for moments like that, to me at least. It lets me know I'm alive and still kickin' (pun intended ) ~
