I would use some ingenuity and try to make one. Check out some pics, the basic design is very simple. Perhaps use a snuff tin and glue in some grinding spikes?

Now when I smoke alone I do not have the privledge of owning a grinder. Is there a good way to grind up weed w/o owning a grinder. I would assume knife/scissors but are there any other ways.
