Who do you think the best movie director is?

Im gonna go with Robert Rodriguez, Tarantino, Scorsese, Luc besson (fifth element and the professional and nakita are some of my fav films of all time), I like amny more but these are my top fav at least

to be honest, i never thought much of tarantino as a director. but he does choose good stories. it's funny to me, all the tarantino love yet no one has mentioned guy ritchie.

- Francis Ford Capollo
- Martin Scorsese
- Quentin Tarantino
- Steven Spielberg

Good list. Would perhaps add Orson Welles, Steven Soderbergh, Akira Kurosawa, Satyajit Ray, and Kevin Smith.
