Hi...im just wanting some advice about getting some weed connections. From everyones experiences, how have you gotten to know people that can sell you weed when your new too a city, in my case san francisco. Any advice or suggestions on how i should go about getting these new connections and obtaining the stuff?

just put yourself out there
this summer me and a few friends went to another city in mt, missoula to get some dank chronic but when we got there we called 3 of our hookups and to our suprise one had thier number changed, one was out of town and another was in jail.. so we were weedless, with a lot of money to hopefully be rich with buds. so we went to this park downtown where you always see a lot of ppl with dreads and skateboarding and just a bunch of ppl hanging out and we just looked for ppl with backpacks and the first guy we asked was on a bike and had a oz. he was goin to deliver right then but pointed us to this guy who was chillin with a few bums on this hill so we went up to him and asked if he had any and he gave us a quarter for collateral cuz he had to call his guy cuz we wanted a half oz. but to get to the end, we got our weed. it was bomb. and we were happy

You just have to be friendly, and just go about it smart...look in hed-shops, pubs, and anywhere you see more than 3-4 fellow stoners...and like i said, just be friendly, tell your new friends how you just moved there,and if they know anybody that smokes...

whats a hed shop, and are there stores specifically for weed stuff, like bongs and pipes and shit. If there is, it would be easy to get connectiosn cuz everyone in there is a stoner, so are there?

Yes thats what a head shop is. Except dont refer to it as weed products there say its for tobacco use.

It can be quite hard. Probably the best bet is working out who the stoners are who you work with and asking them. Met a really cool dealer last night went round with my new housemate to pick up some stuff and to chill after a big horrible argument with another housemate. Ended up playing backgammon and talking till 2 in the morning.
