QUESTIONS ABOUT MY PLANT (PICS)

i recently bought this plant off a friend about 2 weeks ago. it's really short, but it gets very bushy at the top. id say theres about an ounce on it already. It should be ready to harvest in about 2 weeks. my questions are:
1) Is there any way to tell how much the plant is going to harvest by the pics, and also how much do u think ill get at harvest?
2) I still dont know where or how im goin to dry my buds, i live with my parents and its gonna be hard to dry them with them in the house. do u know any stealthy methods to dry the weed without my parents knowing?
3)does the weed smell a lot when its drying?
4) ive read a lot about drying your buds, but i just read that it can take 1 - 2 weeks for the buds to dry, but im guessing thats for larger amounts of weed you harvest.My guess is ill get about 2 os, so do u think it would also take the 2 ozs 1 - 2 weeks to dry out?

I dont think theres a way to tell how much a plant is going to yield from pictures. but i know that you can probably dry your buds outside, theres probably a bunch of different methods how you could do this.

Congradulations on your good luck. You need to chill on the amount part and keep counting your blessings. No, not to many people can tell you the exact amount you'll have after drying depending on exactly when you determine to cut her. You could cut her today or three weeks from now so who knows?

Now for the drying issue. Seems to me that you wont be drying in your folks house. If you want to smoke that weed seems like you will be drying outdoors if you don't want your mom involved. Those damn women are always snooping and finding shit it's just their nature. Your best bet would be to cut it, prune it, then dry in a paper bag somewhere secuded outside or a secure location. But what do I know?

you can dry the bud out by distributing it out evenly in a shoe box with ventalation. keep the shoebox in a dry dark area, like a closet or drawer. make sure you dont double stack the buds and make sure you check on them and rotate them every day. once the stems are brittle enough to snap, you might want to dry them out a bit longer in a paper bag, to be sure the moisture is gone, and then you can either smoke now, or cure the weed in mason jars for a week or two.

it can it depends alot on the strain if it stinks now your going to smell it drying it also.

If the strain that you're growing isn't too smelly as it's growing, then it won't be much smellier when drying it. Just out your nose to the bud and give it a whiff (if you haven't already . Stronger the odor, stronger the smell will be, obviously.

I have grown some strains that just reek, but not of buring pot really. Some smelled fruity, skunky, lemony, or just plain organic smell like a typical greehouse. Some much stronger than others, but the room or area you dry it in, will smell of something, but not your typical burning pot smell.
