Imotep, each post of yours I read is funnier than the last.. youre fuckin hilarious, my friend

anyway, euphoric, I read the Celestine Prophecy a while ago, and although it's a good read - it has alot of eye-opening ideas and though provoking suggestions - it should be taken lightly, just like Dan Browns 'The Da Vinci Code'.. you can get hooked up in it, start believing it, but after all it is just a novel

My friend gave me it a few years ago. I think its a great journey whether its real or not! I can't wait to be given the next insight... I found the third one at a market in byron bay but can't read it until I read the second one. I'll swap if someone has it..

GhOstToKer...hmmm...well some could call the bible a novel, right? hehe no im not quite comparing the two books, just saying that i've had a lot of positive life changing experiences due to it ...when did you read it?

tuffy...are you referring to the 10th insight? i read that one...its not as good of a story as the original, naturally...but the subject is mainly concerned about the afterlife. very nice...theres a chapter on "hell"...something about how if you're fucked up enough when you die you'll create your own hell. neat..

    Intresting
I was wondering if you guys could give me the authors names.
I like to read........not exactally my text books all the time.......in my spare time........when I have some.........so that would be great!

I have been so busy I can't remember the last book I read........besides text books that is and newspapers and such but those are not books never mind.....

I did read a book though I can't remember the title it had a Beggar Master in it. He cut off people's legs and he protected them on the streets when they begged for money. It was like a trade off.
Then there was this lady trying to make a buisness by making clothes so she hired two out of towners. The out of towners live in a dumpy place made of cardboard by the guy who collects hair.
The guy who collects hair murders some beggars on the street for their hair.
There is a main begger who wheels himeslf around on a cart thing that beggar master built for him. He has a special place in his heart for this the begger on the cart.

It was a differnt book and had totally differnt cultural settings I still remember it! Not just one of those read it and dump it books
But I can't remember the name!!!
great it's going to bug me

the best part about the celestine prophecy is how it goes into detail on how to manipulate energy and help plants grow...i had some intense experiences with that..then i tried focusing that energy at other people..hmmm fun
