I'd heard 100% positive reviews about them and had no worries, but its now been 14 days without a shipping confirmation, or anything of that sort to indicate they've even been shipped.... They say be patient it'll take at least seven days, so I waited 10 and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I'm starting to get pissed. Rating: 5
