Just used QF 4.0 @ Labcorp
Those cups are marked like a measuring cup. If it is not a split sample he should have drawn the line on the 30 cc mark. If it is a split sample he should have drawn it on the 45. On the split sample he can draw it at 60 but no more than that. Since a split sample requires 30 for the A sample and 15 for the B 45 is all that is needed. Some techs will ask for the 60 then fill both the A and B with 30 cc's so in effect either sample could be the A or the B interchangably. Also, if the tech is in the know about subbers then asking for 60 cc's can make it harder. I'm pretty sure QF 4.0 is 60 cc's or 2 ounces.
