I have land that is perfect soil for my babies. BUT, im scared that all the local mary jane that is randomly growing everywhere(including males) will fertalize my plants. does anyone know how far away from males a female plant can be and not fertalize my females.

pollen is fertile for several days to a week, minimum when handled and stored properly but not as long in the environment. it will still pollinate any female downwind it happens to land on and there's not a whole lot you can do about it other than educate your neighbors or move.

If you want to grow where there's local ditch weed or hemp remnants growing, you're going to get seeds, period.
How many seeds you get, you can decrease by going around and pulling all the males you can find within a mile or so of your house.
And remember that each morning when the dew falls, the pollen that was released the day before gets wet and non-viable.
Don't let the possibility of seeds discourage you too badly.
