Did the buds have loads of seeds? Like, if you broke open the bud, would several seeds come out? If you found no male plant matter on that plant, than that female clone had been exposed to male pollen.
If your finished harvest had only a few seeds, like, one here and there, that is normal in some cases for even a pure sensi. plant to produce a few seeds. It comes natural and is nothing to be alarmed about. The few seeds that come along with a sensi. grown plant, are usually no good and don't even reach full maturity.
