Thankyou birdgirl. Today i woke up, and kind of rolled over to see if it hurt, and it didnt, so thinking it was ok and jumped out of bed and it just went again. Tried to go to work this morning and couldnt because every position on the seat was agony driving.
So now its affecting my job i guess i'll have to get it sorted out.
The only time i really get relief is when im sitting with a pilow behind my back... And that gets damn annoying, and even that doesnt work ALL the time.
I just wish i knew how i did it this time, but i cant think of anything. All the heavy lifting where i work is done by machines or fork-lift trucks cos no one can lift and engine or a whole boat out of the water.
So ima go to the doctor and see what he says, hopefully i wont need anything done. Ive been thinking and it could be a trapped nerv? Although i dont know why it hasnt affected me untill now.
Thankyou guys for your concern, i'll probably get my shakes sorted out too, i hope its not a thyroid problem cos im definatly not get my neck cut by no one lol... Tabs and sort it out anyway, just gotta take em for rest of ya life.. lol.
I'll be poppin pills for ever..

Cheers bro. The only thing heavy i lifted was about a month after the first problem [When i broke the vertibrea] so i dont know why the hell its only started playing up now, i just wish i knew, but when it happens for no reason at all it worries me lol.
The thing in question was a gearbox, but there was 2 of us lifting it.
Sheared itself right off the back of one of the engines
Making an appointment 2moro.

my mom had one of the vertebrae discs in her back like slip out of place and one break a few years ago. it was still giving her a lot of pain afterwards and she started doing yoga and said she felt much much better. i always that that was bullshit before that but she swears its true. worth a try i guess although i would find it embarassing on some level not sure why though

You're a good man, LIP. Glad you're going in. I know you don't want to. But I hope you'll be with a doctor you like who can help. Keep us updated!

Oh no! That sounds horrible, I'd try smoking loads of well rolled joints.

Thanks people. I went to the docs, and he says he doesnt think its anything serious. I got some pain meds, cant pronouce them though lol, they are doing something, but not really getting rid of the pain... Just dulling it, although i must admit the weed is helping. He said to go back if it doesnt get better within a week, and hopefully it will be.
Now, you wont belive this, and this proves i really am falling apart, everytime i swallow i get a sharp pain in my throat, but its ok, i've just scratched the inside with something... probably the shit i eat lol.
One thing i DID forget to mention to the doc was my shakes, but im used to them now, had em for a while now. Just worried it might be a thyroid problem as my mother has an over-active thyroid.
Thankyou for all of your help, 420derf, Mr Devious, Birdgirl, englishtongan, Suhl, mamma puff and Captain Hanks.
I appriciateall of your comments... and thankyou for making me go to the docs... it wasnt really all that bad. Im just against the meds because the government have control and blah blah blah, all in all i HATE the government, and the law enforment.
Nochowder, your a fucking massive dong, and one day you'll get whats comming, i'll make sure of it.

Hey LIP, sorry about the back pain.
With a damaged vertebrae in your medical history you'd do well to start on glucosamine/chondrotin and stick with them to prevent future problems.
I hope you find a good source for your all-natural [green] medicine!
