Seasonal Mood Fluctuations?
I've had a pattern in my life for as long as I can remember.
Its about my moods. I've noticed that my mood always drops downward around Spring sometime, and picks up at the beginning of autumn.
I do indeed prefer colder weather compared to the weather we get in socal, I like rain and snow much better than sunlight.... But it's almost unnerving how much my mood fluctuates. It's like "christmas spirit", an unmistakable feeling of love and giving and family, you know what I mean?
Except that it's more personal.
Is it possible my moods are somehow reactive to the earths magnetic compass? or is it just the weather??? I think it goes deeper than that, becuase the feeling continues every day until I take it for granted, and then I lose it, and regain it every year, taking notice of it again.
Hot chocolate and smoooth rainy air, nice cozy jackets and waking up in the softest, warmest, puffiest down imaginable, not wanting to get up out of the pleasure cucoon and step on the freezing floor.
Anyone else expirience similar feelings?

Yea I know what you mean, except for me it's the opposite. I mean I don't think my mood goes down during the winter that much, but it does get fucking high durign summertime! I think it's cause I smoke a lot more during the summer. heheh.

Astrology can probaly explain your mood swings. Depending on the aspects of various planets to earth and other planets, your mood and general well being can be affected considerably.

That's me, haha. I'm pretty much bi-polar, so I'm either depressed to the point I want to kill myself, pissed off to the point I want to kill someone else, or happy to the point I want to hug everyone in the world while I hand out free weed.

Oh, yeah, I know. But, the point of the matter is, my mom told me straight-up that all the problems I have "in my head" or "all in my head".

Now all be it, i'm not telling you what to do.. but if you've seriously been diagnosed as bi-polar.. than there are simple medications that can help control those imbalances and severe mood swings.
Now if you are younger than 21 ...there are many changes that happens to the body during puberty...and quite frankly I myself believe that you haven't fully developed mentally until you're about 24 or 25 ... some .. 45...others..well...just never see the light.
How old are you?

Unfortunately, my mom is as far from a hippie as you possibly can be. I'm also at the ripe old age of 18, soon to be 36. =)
