    Seasonal Mood Fluctuations?

Actually, what you're going through is quite normal. I forget the technical name of it, but it is also refered to as 'seasonal depression'. It has more to do with your personality than anything else. If the mood changes drastically affect your daily life, then you should really see someone about it. But if they don't and you can maintain, you have nothing to worry about. Same thing occurs when people live in different parts of the country. I didn't return to my 'normal' self until I moved to Texas earlier this year. I'm originally from the South and had lived in New Jersey for 10 years...hated every last day I was there. Flipped off the toll both collector when I drove out of that state for the last time. It was an invigurating feeling.

I've noticed that my mood always drops downward around Spring sometime, and picks up at the beginning of autumn. I do indeed prefer colder weather compared to the weather we get in socal, I like rain and snow much better than sunlight.... But it's almost unnerving how much my mood fluctuates. It's like "christmas spirit", an unmistakable feeling of love and giving and family, you know what Rating: 5
