I think all women should study chi kung, the female aspect of it involves training certain muscles down there so that basically you can milk a guy without moving your hips. Some literature I have on chi kung talks about female practicioners starting off using wooden 'eggs' and drawing them up into themselves with only muscle contractions. Experienced gals work up to using eggs made out of marble or jade (being heavier makes it harder). Apparently in traditional Chinese medicine it's recommended for women for preparing for childbirth, but the side benefit is a damn happy man at home.
