hmmm.....tricky question usaully it goes something like this,during the day no smokin and if i do its a small bowl or two. after i work out. It really does help with muscle cramping and fatigue(if your a bodybuilder which is what im trying to do sort of) after i handle all my affairs b4 i goto bed, i smoke a few bowls,wait a while smoke a few more. SOmetimes i try and push how high i can get and sometime i just like a subtle light one or two tokes out the bong b4 bed. i gues it all depends on my mood but i ve learned one important thing about weed, IF you dont give it up every now and then you wont enjoy it as much!!!!!!
