i found if it was to hard to stop outright but i wanted to get tolerance down,
id have only one a night, just to take the edge off.
couple of days of this and a whole day/week off was heaps easier, and then id get stoneder (?) than id been in a long while.

i also figured why smoke 10 cones to be just as straight as smoking 1.

mixing with other herbs helps too. ive mixed with catnip, salvia and sceletium to get different or higher highs from less pot.
