he dosn't give them out to just anybody but if you have anything wrong with you and another dr will state that you have that condition he has signed everyone I have sent there its not like he is just making shit up if you have any sort of legitamate medical condtion that marijuana helps you with he will sign you up guarenteed sorry if I needed to clarify my statement.
