The primary reason for a bulb to burst is a sudden change in temperature while it is turned on, such as contact with water.
If you keep whatever cooling you use CONSISTENT, your bulb should be safe.

BTW I like the results of your training the plant in back along the wall. That came out well.
stinkyattic Reviewed by stinkyattic on . hps and direct intake air is it okay to direct the intake air to the bulb to decrease the heat int that area cause i'm sure that why my fanners are turnin on me. the temp is 90- 95 but i don't know if it is safe to diect the air to the bulb for burstin reasons. right now th intake is direct to ceiling. im thinkn of 36 in away but blowing on bulb. put some pic (notice ones bellow are normal) thnaks for any info Rating: 5
