The majority of the quantity comes from 1) growing themselves, 2) selling, 3) lieing.

Very few people can actually 'legitimately' afford to smoke an 1/8 a day, but do it in ways that is illegal. Now, if you're smoking it...why not grow/sell it? X_X

There's a very thin line between 'moral' and 'immoral.' Personally, I don't consider any of these 'wrong.' Though, I would rather not take the risks of growing or selling...so I just hang out with a lot of people that push weight. :P

Erm, what do bad neighourhoods or where you live have to do with how you write stuff? You might say it differently but its nearly always spelt the same. It can be hard to work out different styles of writing stuff on the internet, but I spose people can write stuff how they want, just dont expect anyone to be able to understand what you said
