Drink anything that has very little pure sugar in it.
Scotch is better than bourbon.
Vodka and tonic is better than vodka and sprite.
Rum and soda water is better than rum and coke.
Etc.
Plus, if you order your drinks 'tall' (not double), you are getting more water with each serving of alcohol and are guaranteed to feel better in the morning.

You dont have to drink water while you are drinking alcohol, thats just lame. You drink 1 or 2 glasses of water before you pass out. It will help keep you hydrated through the night. Trust me it will help alot..

When I'm hungover, I find help from eating salad with lots of salt and lemon juice on it! And water.. Water helps.. But, you can't avoid a hangover when you go drinking..


So, either, you live with the hangover and drink from time to time; or you just stay away from it completely.. Don't be a bitch about it..

I never get paticularly bad hangovers, but I often feel a little depressed the next day which is unlike me, can anyone else relate?
